Responsibilities :

• Analyze large datasets to solve business problems using analytics/ML.
• Understand product & business to generate actionable insights.
• Run A/B tests, root cause analysis, and statistical checks.
• Work closely with Product, Business & Engineering teams.
• Build self-serve dashboards (Tableau) and automate insights.
• Support product lifecycle from ideation to impact tracking.
• Share insights through clear, goal-focused data storytelling.

Experience :

• 3+ years in analytics or data science roles.
• Experience handling large structured & unstructured datasets.
• Worked in high-impact, fast-paced environments.

Required Skills :

• Strong hands-on experience in:
  • SQL
  • Python
  • Tableau
• Strong knowledge in:
  • EDA, Cohort, Funnel Analysis
  • Data Cleansing & Preprocessing
  • A/B Testing, Significance Testing
  • Statistical & Machine Learning Models
• Excellent problem-solving & communication skills.

Preferred :

• Experience in consumer-tech or fintech companies.
• Familiarity with business/product KPIs.
• Exposure to web analytics tools and advanced statistical learning methods.
