Eligibility Criteria :
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree (B.E./B.Tech) in:
- Information Technology
- Computer Science
- Electronics & Communication
- Electrical
- Instrumentation
- Data Science / Artificial Intelligence
- Or a combination of the above disciplines
GATE Requirement:
Valid GATE-2025 score in any of the following:
- Computer Science (CS)
- Electronics & Communication (EC)
- Electrical (EE)
- Instrumentation (IN)
- Data Science & AI (DA)
Age Limit: 21 to 30 years (as on June 2, 2025)
Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC-NCL: 3 years
- Central Govt. Employees (same cadre): 5 years
- PwBD: General 10 years, OBC 13 years, SC/ST 15 years
- Others (e.g., J&K domicile): 5 years
Selection Process
- Shortlisting based on valid GATE-2025 scores
- Interview for shortlisted candidates (category-wise cut-offs may apply)
- Final Merit List will be based on GATE score and interview performance
- Document Verification required before final appointment
Salary and Benefits
- Pay Scale: ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000 (IDA pattern)
- Approximate In-hand Salary: ₹84,000/month (includes DA, HRA, and other allowances)
- Annual CTC: Around ₹11 Lakhs
- Service Bond: ₹3 Lakhs bond with a mandatory 3-year service commitment
